SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout. We also offer free shipping for orders over $40 within the US.

All of our orders are fulfilled by USPS. Delivery time is generally 2-8 days varies per location. The final shipping charge will be displayed on the checkout page.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. See more details in our return policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@lisjewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
